Kevin is a Real Estate Coach, Team Leader, and Salesperson. With a wide breadth of knowledge for leverage, training, sales skills, and marketing, he has created success in all portions of his life. Kevin joins KBCC after being a coached by Andy Herrington for 3 years. He is excited to provide his knowledge to others in order to see their business grow.
Kevin started his Real Estate career at the age of 21 and has been a full-time Sales Representative in the Kawartha Lakes for over 20 years. He has been one of the Top 5 Salesperson / Team Leader for his Real Estate Board numerous times. He is the #1 Rural Real Estate Agent in the Area, and successfully ran Canadafarms.com for many years. If asked, Kevin would tell you, he hasn’t ‘worked’ a single day in his Real Estate life. He has a real passion for his work and loves his career, “it sure doesn’t feel like work!” He has added this mindset to his coaching practice as well.
Spending his early years in Orono and then moved to the Lindsay area, this has allowed Kevin to become a trusted and greatly respected member of the community in Kawartha Lakes and beyond as a Real Estate Agent, Team Leader and Businessperson.
On a personal note, Kevin lives on a hobby farm with his partner Kate and his 4 children. In his “spare time” he is actively raising beef cattle and enjoys sharing his love of agriculture with his family.

She is looking to Coach Agents and Teams around the world to provide a positive experience for clients, team members, and the community.
Coming from a background of working in the not-for-profit industry and thriving to help others, Robin knew that it was the right time for a transition into a different career. One in which she could bring compassion and energy back into an industry that truly is not really about houses, but about finding the right home for families. So she Joined the Amy Flowers Team in 2010 to create and build the Client Relations department. She has since gone on to help shape the Team Brand and the trajectory of the team to an even higher level.
